WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are shipped 2-3 business days, once order is received. Orders are shipped via USPS ground and estimate to arrive within 2-3 business days, depending on your shipping address within the US.
CAN MY ORDER BE TRACKED?
We are interfacing a tracking method at this time. Once established, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, once your order is shipped via USPS.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer any international shipping. We are working toward that.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Please contact email@example.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will work with you to resolve your issue. Please note, any candle that has been burned will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or credit.

CAN I REUSE MY CANDLE TIN?
Yes, as this is why we make our products in reusable candle tins & jars! Once your candle has ¼ of wax left, simply pour warm water in the container and let it sit for 5-10 minutes and then discard the wax. You can clean the remaining wax out of the tin or jar by wiping it out with cloth or napkin. Our tins & jars can be re-purposed to hold coins, a mini plant, small office supplies, and other creative ways.
HOW LONG DOES OUR CANDLES BURN?
As soy wax has a longer burn than paraffin wax, our candles burn approximately 50-60 hours.
