WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?Orders are shipped within 7 business days of being received. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the weight of the order & a tracking number is sent to the customer via email.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?Yes! Once you place your order a confirmation email is sent to you confirming your order, shipping address, & products ordered. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with all tracking information. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive a tracking number email.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?We currently ship to all 50 United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally, but are working to expand!

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?We do not offer refunds for any of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email & we will work with you to ensure customer satisfaction. Please note, any candle or wax melt that has been burned will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or credit. Please complete our contact form for all concerns.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?As our candles, tealights, & wax melts are made with pure soy wax, they have a long-lasting shelf life. We recommend all products be used within a year of the date you received them.

CAN I REUSE MY CANDLE TIN/JAR?Yes, as this is why we make our products in reusable candle tins & jars! You can clean the remaining wax out of the tin or jar by by adding warm water to the container, once there is only 1/4 cold wax left in the jar & wiping it out with cloth or napkin. Our tins & jars can be re-purposed to hold coins, a mini plant, small office supplies, and other creative ways.
