Order Processing & Shipping Policy
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are processed within 7 business days of the date the order is placed. Every customer will receive a tracking number via email for reference on the order ships. All orders are primarily shipped from Atlanta, GA via USPS or UPS. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be shipped via one of those carriers.
USPS & UPS shipping rates are based on your provided shipping address and the weight of your order. The weight of your order will determine whether your package will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
With a minimum purchase of $200 or more at www.nicescent.co, shipping is at no cost to a customer within the United States of America.
Same Day Delivery
This option is no longer offered but may be in the future.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nice Scent Candle Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced shipments. We are also not responsible for intercepting packages that were sent to the wrong address. If an order is returned due to invalid address, the customer is responsible for the new shipping fees to reship the package. Please make sure to double check the "Shipping" address when placing your order on our website.
Each order is shipped with insurance coverage via USPS or UPS. We will file a claim with USPS and/or UPS to get reimbursed for the shipping and damages. While we are not responsible for USPS/UPS handling of packages, we will work with you remedy the situation and replace your damaged items. Photos showing the extent of the damage will help us. Please email proof of damage to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Return & Exchange Policy
Currently, all sales are finals and we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact us and let us assist you further prior to purchasing if you have any questions. If you have any concerns after your purchase, please promptly contact us within 7 days of your product delivery date via our contact form.
